This is My Story
In the last 2 years, I’ve lost over 80 pounds, and am still losing. After following the traditional low-fat diet, I found myself creeping back up in weight, unable to stick to it for any length of time. Then I tried a low carb, keto diet.
What a difference!
It’s like I was brainwashed my entire life that fat was bad, when in fact, carbs have been the culprit all along. Get rid of most carbs and the weight comes off pretty easily!
After many months of learning to cook without a lot of carbs, I’ve learned a thing or two. Now I’m sharing some of my favorite recipes that you can enjoy too.
