Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs Pork Boneless roast or shoulder
  2. 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  3. 2 tbsp Butter
  4. 1 Lime
  5. 1 t Garlic powder
  6. 1 t Oregano
  7. 1 t Chili powder
  8. 1 t Cumin
  9. .25 t Crushed red chili pepper flakes
  10. 3 cups Water
  11. 2 cube Chicken bouillon (equiv of 2 cups broth)
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet heat oil and butter.
  2. Cut pork into 8 large pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown pork in skillet.
  4. Add spices and stir.
  5. Add pork, water, bouillon to crock pot and cook over high for 3-4 hours or all day on low.
  6. Shred pork and brown in hot skillet.
  7. Meanwhile, reduce cooking liquid to a few tablespoons.
  8. Coat pork with leftover cooking liquid and serve.
