Ingredients
  1. 2 1/2 cups finely grated raw cauliflower
  2. 2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
  3. 2 eggs, beaten
  4. 2 Tbsp melted butter
  5. 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  6. 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 cup grated sharp white cheddar cheese
  8. 1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
  9. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  10. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  11. 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  12. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  13. 1/4 cup coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and combine.
  3. Divide evenly into muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
