A tasty chicken recipe for those that like a little spice! I don’t want you to think you have to making something with a bunch of ingredients. Sometimes just a few will do the trick. And let’s face it, easier it better on many nights.

Pairs well with an iceberg salad with Ranch dressing to cool it off a bit..

Ingredients
  1. 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. 2 tbsp Butter I like Kerrygold
  3. 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce Use more or less for your own spice level
  4. To taste Kosher salt I like kosher salt because of it's larger flakes
  5. To taste Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
  1. Add butter to pan and start it melting.
  2. Add chicken to pan with butter and sprinkle Frank's Red Hot Sauce over top. Saute over medium high to high heat. (My stove just doesn't seem to get as hot as others, so I find I'm cooking over high when you may not be).
  3. Chicken is done when it's nice and brown. Don't be tempted to remove it when chicken is opaque. Keep going and get that delicious browning that comes with the maillard reaction.
Notes
  1. There was some browned butter left in the pan when it was done cooking. Nutrition info includes the entire amount of butter so if you leave some in the pan after cooking, keep that in mind.
